In order to ensure that all of my clients
experience a safe and enjoyable workout environment, I have established
the following policies and guidelines. Please review and let me know if
there’s anything you need to discuss.
- Consultations: For a new potential client, one must have a consultation to discuss goals, medical issues and/or past injuries. A 15 minute training session is also recommended on this day to make sure you enjoy my training style. All consultations are free and there are absolutely no hard feelings if you decide it is not what you are looking for. Both of our times are valuable.
- Session Payment: Clients should make the payment for your pay-as-you-go sessions before the session begins. All packages are to be paid in full before the first session. Checks are the recommended form of payment. Cash and Venmo are also accepted. Checks should be made out to Fabulously Fit Corp. Receipts are available if needed.
- Late policy: If you are late, the session will not be extended to be the full 45 minutes. It will end at the original time due to back-to-back scheduling. Please give yourself enough time to park and stretch before your session begins. Quarters will be available in the studio if needed.
- Partner Training: Both clients must be present at the beginning of the session. If one client is late, both clients will be considered late. Partner Sessions will not start until both clients are present.
- Session Cancellation:
- Proper Session Cancellation: Clients should contact me directly by phone or text to cancel your session at least 6 hours prior to the session start. The session will be rescheduled, provided that sufficient advanced notice is given.
- Late Cancellation: Clients that cancel their session less than 1 hour before the session start time will be charged for the session and that session will be lost.
- Client no-shows: Failure to show up for a session without advance notice will result in the forfeiture of one session and the client will be charged for the session.
- Package expiration: All sessions expire within 6 months of the purchase date.
- Refund policy: No refunds will be given.
- Cleanliness: I treat my studio as my second home to ensure you are not only paying for training, but for comfort as well. All equipment will be sanitized after each session to be sure it is clean for the next client.
- Illness: I kindly ask if you are feeling sick, please contact me immediately so we can reschedule your session. This will prevents other clients from coming in contact with germs.
- Friends & Family: I would love to meet your friends & family. You can bring in a first time guest for free for one workout. They must sign a waiver before the workout begins. (18 years of age or older)
- Noise: Please do not slam, drop or throw dumbbells/equipment onto the floor, as we are on the second floor it will prevent any issues with my neighbors downstairs.
- Hygiene / Attire: Clean clothes, deodorant and dry sneakers are a must! Please bring a change of sneakers if the streets are wet due to rain or snow. This will prevent an injury inside the studio.
- No food or drinks (other than water) inside the studio.
