How The Irish Can Stay Fit This St. Patricks Day….

Planning on bar hopping to your local pubs this Saturday drinking all of the green beer you can? Here are a few ways to celebrate with true Irish style but keep that fabulous physique.
~Get a workout in early in the morning that way your metabolism is up for the whole day. A boot camp class can burn up to 775 calories!! Sign me up!!
~Try ordering light beers (Bud Light, Miller Light.. there are a ton of options)
~Most restaurants or dinner parties will be serving the most traditional Irish-American meal- corned beef & cabbage, potatoes, irish soda bread… so delicious, yet not the healthiest choices. Keep it to one serving only & drink lots of water before & after your meal. This will help you get full faster & help flush the salt out of your body from all that food.
