Working out with a group of friends and like minded people will get you better results with constant motivation to push a little harder, run a little faster and go that extra step!

My group training workouts are designed to build up your strength and endurance, while burning calories and having fun. No need for a gym or fancy equipment either. Group training can be held anywhere! Beaches, parks, backyards, play grounds… you name it, we can workout there!

Indoor / Outdoor Bootcamps

There’s nothing better than an Outdoor Bootcamp after spending a 5 day work week behind a desk! My bootcamps are filled with exercises that use all muscle groups simultaneously, so you burn major calories in an hour. We do cardio drills, strength training circuits, and group games. It’s non–stop action but surrounded by others who will help push you through it. No two classes are ever the same.
